By Rick Archer (April 15, 2022, 6:26 p.m. EDT) – A bankrupt New York modeling agency asks a bankruptcy judge to dismiss a model’s request to resume his wage and hour lawsuit against the agency, arguing that claims can be dealt with more quickly in bankruptcy court.
